CCCC is the ultimate club for all things country and the Chill Cowboy NFT is your membership into the Club. CCCC was created with the ambitions of building the best community around country music by leveraging Web3 technology. By owning a Chill Cowboy NFT, you immediately become part of the CCCC family and are granted access to all club benefits such as free tickets, exclusive merch, access to musicians, unreleased music, and of course the crowd favorite Chill Cowboy Fest. The CCCC is created to bring out the country in all of us and is excited to have all our Cowboy and Cowgirls along for the ride into the new frontier.
How many Chill Cowboy Tokens are there?

There are 6,000 Chill Cowboy tokens in our original collection: 3,000 Cowboys and 3,000 Cowgirls.
What is Chill Cowboy Fest?

All Chill Cowboy token owners receive access to Chill Cowboy Fest. Chill Cowboy Fest is a two-day event exclusively for NFT holders. CCCC wants to curate a one-of-a-kind experience for all things country. Nothing is off the table, and the team wants the community to help dream up this event together. Music, golf, sporting clays, fishing, TED Talks, jewelry making, wine & food tasting, excursions, and whatever else the community can think up. Own two CCCC memerships? This means you will receive two tickets to Chill Fest and can delegate access on your behalf. Dates and locations will be announced at least 180 days in advance and tickets will be airdropped to Chill Cowboy NFT holders as separate NFTs.
What’s the story behind Chill Cowboy Characters?

The Cowboy and Cowgirl characters represent country musicians both past and present. The clothing, hairstyles, beards, hair, jewelry, and accessories were inspired by the most iconic western characters to the modern-day Cowboy making each unique but some rarer than others. The collection will feature over 30 (1 of 1) NFTs, not to mention there is no control over who mints one, meaning anyone has a shot.
Why NFTs?

The reason CCCC is using NFT as a membership is because of the revolutionary technology behind them. NFTs are information units (or tokens) that are recorded on the blockchain and cannot be tampered with. The historic technology allows for the first time the ability to show proof of ownership and control the number of digital assets created. The impact of this for CCCC is the club will know who is a member at all times so access can be granted to all the exclusive benefits created for the community. Will the NFTs be sold on open marketplaces?

Primary sales of Chill Cowboy NFTs will be on ChillCowboy.com. After the public Mint Day, Chill Cowboy tokens will appear on secondary marketplaces like OpenSea and Rarible for resale purchase.
Can I resell my Chill Cowboy NFT?

Yes. Chill Cowboy tokens can be resold on NFT marketplaces like OpenSea and Rarible. If a Chill Cowboy token is resold there will be a 10% royalty fee to Chill Cowboy. The club will use this capital to reinvest into CCCC operations in order to continue to innovate, grow awareness, and create community inside the music industry and out all in the name of creating more value for token holders.
How do I purchase a Chill Cowboy NFT?

To purchase a Chill Cowboy NFT, the Club wanted to make it as easy as possible for new people to enter the world of crypto. All you need is to download a crypto wallet (we suggest MetaMask) and have a good credit card ready to complete the simple checkout process. Here is a video showing you the process.
What is so special about this NFT collection?

The Chill Cowboy NFT is all about utility and access in the real world. This means each NFT will grant you access to different components of our club through the smart contract attached. The Cowboys have very big plans for the CCCC, and the NFT is the only way onto the ranch.
